Shipping policy

 

At Dundun Club, we currently operate on a demand-based model. This means we order Dundun Chickens from our suppliers based on customer demand, allowing us to bring you hard-to-find releases without holding large amounts of inventory.

How It Works

For regular orders, the process looks like this:

1. You place your order 🛒
Your Dundun order is received by Dundun Club.

2. We place our supplier order 📦
We consolidate customer orders and place a bulk order with our trusted supplier in China.

3. Dunduns make their way to Canada ✈️
Once ordered, your Dundun typically takes approximately 2 weeks to arrive at our warehouse in Canada.

4. We prepare your order 🐥
Once your Dundun arrives, we inspect and prepare your order for shipment. Orders are typically fulfilled within 48 hours of receiving the inventory.

5. Your Dundun is on its way! 💌
All orders are shipped from Canada. Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your destination and the shipping service selected.

Estimated Timeline

Order placed → Supplier order → ~2 weeks to Canada → Fulfilled within ~48 hours → Shipped to you

Please keep in mind that these timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Supplier availability, customs processing, international shipping, and carrier delays may affect the timeline.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders follow a slightly different timeline as the Dundun may still be in production or may not yet have been released by MINISO.

Because of this, pre-orders will generally take longer than our regular orders to arrive.

The estimated release or arrival date provided on the product page is our best available estimate at the time of purchase. Release dates and shipping timelines may change due to production, supplier, customs, or shipping delays.

We'll do our best to keep you updated if there are any significant changes to your pre-order.

Shipping Destinations

All Dundun Club orders are shipped from Canada.

Available shipping destinations and rates will be displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your destination and selected shipping method.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer.

A Little Note From Us 

We know the hardest part of collecting Dunduns is sometimes the waiting! 

Because we operate on a demand-based model and some of the Dunduns we source are limited releases, there may be some waiting involved while we bring your little chicken all the way from China to Canada and then to you.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we work behind the scenes to bring these hard-to-find Dunduns to collectors around the world.
