Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed, except where required by law as outlined below.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason and without a justification. Your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Conditions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

 

All Other Customers

For customers outside the EU, all purchases are final. We are unable to offer returns, cancellations, or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind.
