What is the return policy?
Customers Outside of EU
All orders being shipped to customers outside of the European Union are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
EU Customers Only
If the order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason and without a justification. Your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Conditions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and not Dundun Club. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

When will I get my order?
Dundun Club currently operates on a demand-based model.
Our Process:
Customer places order → Dundun Club orders from the supplier in China → ~2 weeks delivery to our warehouse in Canada → Orders are carefully inspected and fulfilled within ~48 hours of receiving the order → Your order is on the way to you (delivery time will vary by destination)
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location. All orders are shipped from Canada.
For Pre-Orders, delivery is expected to take longer than above as the item is still in production or has yet to be released by MINISO.
Please note that the estimated timelines are provided as a guide and may vary due to supplier, customs, or shipping delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we bring these limited Dunduns to you!

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on your location and the size/weight of your order.
All orders are shipped from Canada and your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your destination.
We offer FREE SHIPPING within Canada for all orders over $120 CAD.

Where are Dundun products manufactured?
Dundun Club re-sells genuine MINISO Dundun Chicken product, purchased directly from MINISO. Dundun Chicken products are manufactured in China. We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by MINISO and its licensors.

Are you still accepting orders on Instagram?
Yes, we will continue to accept orders via Instagram DMs. Payment will be processed via Paypal or Zelle. However, please note our DMs are not regularly monitored, so you may experience a ~1-2 day delay in our response times. We appreciate your patience!
