What is the return policy?
Customers Outside of EU
All orders being shipped to customers outside of the European Union are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase ♡
EU Customers Only
If the order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason and without a justification. Your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Conditions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and not Dundun Club. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

When will I get my order?
Dundun Club currently operates on a demand-based model.
Our Process:
Customer places order → Dundun Club orders from the supplier → ~2 weeks delivery to our warehouse in Canada → Orders are carefully inspected and fulfilled within ~48 hours of receiving the order → Your order is on the way to you (delivery time will vary by destination)
Once we've shipped your order, delivery times will vary depending on your location. All orders are shipped from Toronto, Canada. Please refer to your confirmation emails for your estimated delivery timeframe and delivery notices.
Note for Special Pre-Orders:
Delivery is expected to take longer than above as the item is still in production or has yet to be released by MINISO.

Why do some Dunduns cost more than others?
Due to the limited and collectible nature of certain Dunduns, some products may no longer be in production or available directly from MINISO. When this happens, Dundun Club may source these items through trusted resellers.
Because reseller pricing and availability can fluctuate, the cost to source certain rare or highly sought-after Dunduns may be higher than their original retail price. These costs are outside of Dundun Club’s control and may vary depending on availability, rarity, and current market demand.
We’ll always do our best to source authentic Dunduns at the most collector-friendly prices possible ♡
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on your location and the size/weight of your order.
All orders are shipped from Toronto, Canada and your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your destination.
We offer FREE SHIPPING within Canada for all orders over $120 CAD.

Where are your Dundun Chicken products sourced from?
Dundun Club re-sells genuine MINISO Dundun Chicken product, purchased directly from MINISO or trusted resellers. Dundun Chicken products are manufactured in China. Each Dundun Chicken may have slight variations in facial features and expression, so the Dundun you receive may not look exactly like the one pictured on our website. Colours may also vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings. All items are new and inspected before order fulfillment, however, we can't guarantee original product tags (i.e. Resellers may have already removed them).
We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by MINISO, PENPLE TOY, and its licensors.
What is the difference between NEW, RARE FIND, and LIMITED?
We use the terms "NEW", "RARE FIND", and "LIMITED" in the product names to indicate the following:
- NEW: Items that are new and recently released at Miniso - be one of the first to add it to your collection!
- RARE FIND: Items that are more difficult to find due popularity/high demand or the item is no longer is production.
- LIMITED: Items that are known to have limited availability but can be purchased now - get them before they're gone!
How can we let you know which Dunduns we are hunting for?

Do you restock items that are sold out?
When an item is marked as 'Sold Out', the team at Dundun Club is unable to source any more of the item from MINISO or trusted resellers.
We will continue our hunt for these items and will mark it 'Available' if there is stock. We are unable to guarantee if/when an item will be back in stock.

Are you still accepting orders on Instagram?
Yes, we will continue to accept orders via Instagram DMs. Item availability is the same as our website. Payment will be processed via Wise or Zelle. However, please note our DMs are not regularly monitored, so you may experience a ~1-2 day delay in our response times. We appreciate your patience!
